Shipping Policy

At Oja Canada, we carefully prepare each order to ensure your items are inspected, packaged, and ready for their journey to you. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to deliver your order with care.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are generally not processed or shipped on weekends or statutory holidays.

During busy periods, holidays, promotional events, or unexpected circumstances, processing times may take slightly longer. If there are significant delays affecting your order, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, and other factors outside of Oja Canada’s control.

Estimated delivery times:

Local delivery (Edmonton area): 3–5 business days
Canada-wide shipping: 3–10 business days
International shipping: 10–30 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)

Please note that delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

While we work with reliable shipping providers, delays can occasionally occur. Oja Canada is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control. If your order is experiencing a significant delay, please reach out and we will be happy to assist with tracking and next steps.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

At Oja Canada, we work to make shipping as accessible as possible by offering subsidized shipping rates for our customers.

Available shipping options:

Edmonton & surrounding areas: $5 flat-rate shipping
- Free delivery on orders over $99.90
Canada-wide standard shipping: $10 flat-rate shipping
- Free shipping on orders over $249.90
International shipping: $20 flat-rate shipping
- Free shipping on orders over $399.90

Shipping rates and available delivery options will be displayed at checkout based on your location and order details.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by shipping carriers and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, and other factors outside of Oja Canada’s control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active, as carrier systems may require time to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges applied by the destination country.

Oja Canada does not have control over customs processing times or fees charged by local authorities.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.

Oja Canada is not responsible for delays, additional shipping costs, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders

We take great care in packaging your order; however, once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is subject to the carrier’s handling and delivery process.

If your order arrives damaged, please:

Keep the package and all packaging materials
Take photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
Contact the shipping carrier to begin a claim, if applicable
Contact Oja Canada so we can support you through the process

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbours, and your local delivery provider. We will do our best to assist, but Oja Canada cannot be responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Oja Canada. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns may be accepted under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing shopojacanada@gmail.com.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags and original packaging intact.
Proof of purchase is required.
All return requests must be approved by Oja Canada before items are sent back. Once your return is approved, we will provide the return instructions and return address.

Return Shipping

Unless an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer. However, Oja Canada reserves the right to cover return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label at our discretion.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For self-paid customer returns, we recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Oja Canada is not responsible for items that are lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and customization reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

Swimwear, underwear, scrunchies, and earrings
Personalized or custom-made items
Items that deteriorate quickly or have passed their expiration date
Items unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons
Items that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Return Approval

All returns are subject to review. Oja Canada reserves the right to approve or refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.
