Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time 

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are generally not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Local delivery (Edmonton area): 3–5 business days

  • Canada-wide standard shipping: 3–10 business days

  • International shipping: 10–30 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

During periods of high order volume, processing or shipping times may be slightly delayed. Please allow additional time in transit. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

​Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s), if applicable. Tracking information is typically available within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes 

​Oja Canada is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to international orders. Any fees and charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages 

Oja Canada is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. 

Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged items before submitting a claim.

Return & Refund Policy

Conditions for Returns

We want you to feel confident shopping with Oja Canada. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns may be accepted under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be purchased within the last 14 days

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and customization reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Swimwear, underwear, scrunchies, and earrings

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items that deteriorate quickly or have passed their expiration date

  • Items unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons

  • Items that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods

Return Approval

All returns are subject to review. Oja Canada reserves the right to approve or refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions. Refunds, if approved, will be issued at our discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.
